With over 18 years of diverse experience in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE), teaching, training, and educational leadership, I have built a strong professional record across reputable national and international institutions. Currently, as a Learning & Development Officer (ECCE) at READ Foundation, I design and deliver teacher trainings, develop curriculum and learning materials, and support monitoring and quality assurance aligned with the National Curriculum of Pakistan.

Previously, as Section Head (Pre-School) at Marium Foundation School, I led academic planning, staff supervision, and Tarbiyah-based early years education. My extensive teaching background includes roles as a Montessori Teacher at NUST Creative Learning School, Teacher at Bright Future International School in Qatar, and Teacher at PAKTURK International School, where I worked with multicultural teams and implemented play-based, inquiry-driven learning.

In addition to classroom teaching, I have served as a Lecturer at Polytechnic Institute, delivering commerce subjects and managing academic operations. For 10 years, I also worked as Manager, Tarbiyah & Staff Trainer at a private Islamic center, where I conducted teacher training programs, designed Tarbiyah curricula, and organized educational events.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated consistent strengths in curriculum design, teacher mentoring, ECCE program management, Islamic pedagogy, classroom leadership, activity planning, and child-centered learning approaches, along with strong communication and administrative skills.

I hold strong academic and professional qualifications in both education and early childhood development. My core teaching credentials include an M.Ed and B.Ed, specializing in educational leadership, pedagogy, and child development. I am also Montessori-certified through a 14-month diploma, with additional formal training in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) through certificates and an ongoing diploma program.

Along with my education-focused qualifications, I have a solid foundation in commerce and management through M.Sc. Economics, BBA, B.Com, and D.Com, which support my administrative, leadership, and program management roles in the education sector. I have further strengthened my expertise with certifications in School Management, Educational Quality Management (EQM), and Islamic Education/Tarbiyah from Al-Huda Institute, enabling me to integrate academic, developmental, and values-based approaches in my teaching and training work.
