I am a Chemical Engineer having more than 9 years of professional experience as Process Engineer In Cement Manufacturing. Currently working as Senior Deputy Manager Production at DG Khan Cement Company. 

Kiln and Fuels Area Incharge. 

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kiln and fuels. Ensuring optimal production, quality, and safety standards while minimizing costs and environmental impact.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Kiln Operations:*
   - Supervise and coordinate kiln operations, including start-up, shutdown, and steady-state running.
   - Ensure optimal kiln performance, including temperature control, fuel consumption, and production rates.
   - Monitor and control kiln parameters, such as pressure, temperature, and gas flow.
2. *Fuels Management:*
   - Oversee fuel handling, storage, and consumption.
   - Ensure efficient use of fuels, including coal, petcoke, and alternative fuels.
   - Monitor fuel quality and adjust kiln operations accordingly.
3. *Process Optimization:*
   - Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and minimize environmental impact.
   - Implement process changes and monitor their effectiveness.
4. *Quality Control:*
   - Ensure clinker quality meets required standards.
   - Monitor and control clinker chemistry, including lime saturation factor, silica ratio, and alumina ratio.
5. *Safety and Environmental:*
   - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
   - Implement measures to minimize environmental impact, including emissions reduction and waste management.
6. *Maintenance and Reliability:*
   - Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure kiln and fuels equipment reliability.
   - Identify and address potential maintenance issues before they impact production.
7. *Team Management:*
   - Lead and develop a team of operators, technicians, and engineers.
   - Provide training and guidance to ensure team competency and performance.
8. *Reporting and Analysis:*
   - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on kiln operations, fuel consumption, and production.
   - Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
