Senior Process Engineer with 9+ Years of diversified professional experience in Ammonia & Phosphates involving Revamp Projects, Plant Monitoring, Process Optimization & Development, Design and Process Safety experience.

Process Development, Operation and Support:
- Ammonia revamp project, KBR New Cold Box Purifier, Carbon Dioxide Absorber and Semi-lean stripper random packing replacement with structured packing
- Implementation and Integration of Advance Process Control (APC) for Ammonia plant. 
- Basic & Detailed design Engineering, Reviews and Execution for all Projects with renowned licensors and technologists including Haldor Topsoe (HTAS), KBR (USA), Eickmeyer & Associates, BASF.

Plant Design, Monitoring & Optimization:
- PFD's and P&ID's preparation and review.
- Plant problem analysis and troubleshooting using Aspen IP21, PIMS and LIMS.
- Process design, evaluation and rating using Aspen (Hysys, Plus, EDR, Flare), HTRI, Fisher Valve Design etc.
- Process Investigations, troubleshooting and Technical Reports writing
- Control logics, interlocks & FLD's development and reviews.
- Vendor document’s review, feasibility study, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning, PSSR and Performance Testing.
- Lead Methanator and Low Temp. Shift Guard catalyst replacement under IDLH environment.
- Catalyst Performance monitoring and Life assessment using ATE and Z90 methodologies.
- Implementation and Utilization of Topsoe ClearView(R) project for plant monitoring and optimization.

Safety & Reliability Programs.
- Process Safety Management task force member.
- Environment Management System task force member.
- Energy Lead for Energy Star Program (USA).
- Business Continuity Management System.
- Revamp of Process Safety Management of Highly Hazardous under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119
