• Responsibilities
   Processing of all local and foreign purchase orders for Pakistan,
  Bangladesh and Dubai’s vendors.
   Getting the quotations of vendors.
   Communicate with vendors about all terms and conditions.
   To open & ensure the accuracy of new customer’s data names, addresses,
  NTN, STRN and billing information in SAP business partner master data.
   To collect & verify the product details/part numbers from sales team.
   To match customer & vendor PO to make sure the same item codes.
   Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the
  technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
   To monitor the delivery time lines to avoid any financial penalty in regard
  of late deliveries.
   Making price comparisons for the review & approval of project custodian.
   Coordination with warehouse team for material movement to respective
  sites in case of custodian request. 
   Effective management of vendor database.
   Classification of vendors on the base of criteria like cost, quality, timely
  delivery etc.
   To strong follow-up on deliveries to make sure the in time invoicing of
  each delivery.
   To arrange logistics source for pickup & delivery of goods in cheap cost &
  quick time
   Maintain updated vendor files with all relevant documents
   Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting
  needed changes
