I have over 18 years of experience in the software industry, spanning project management, consulting, freelancing, and business strategy.

My core competencies include program/portfolio management, cross-functional team[Remote/Onsite] leadership, agile methodologies/SCRUM, project plans/estimations, team/technology management, and end-to-end services from inception to product delivery. Being a PMP-trained manager, I am also certified in the ITIL V3 framework, strategic time management, personal development, and organizational effectiveness. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new domains, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to create impactful and innovative solutions. At Educative, I manage a portfolio of courses, cross-functional teams, and the "Answers" vertical, responsible for process development, resource calibration, and product strategy. I am passionate about delivering high-quality education that empowers learners to achieve their goals.
