I am Hamood. I am a certified Scrum Master (CSM) and an Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) with 10 years of work experience. I am responsible for end to end communication with clients right from requirement gathering till deployment and UAT along with product demos. I am an excellent communicator who keeps things focused for the cross-functional teams to achieve the mutual organizational goals. I am proficient and certified JIRA Administrator by Atlassian. My strengths are my ability to work under pressure and keep things focused for the team. I keep calm in chaos and handle deliveries on time. Other than work I am an enthusiast Potter, Cyclist and love to play Badminton.
