Analysis of semi-finished products and release on priority to meet the production schedule. [HPLC, UV, FTIR, pH meter, TOC apparatus]
To perform testing, Process Validation samples of new and existing products.
To perform testing and sampling of cleaning validation samples.
To perform sampling and testing of stability samples.
To ensure proper disposal of laboratory waste.
Conducting Level 1 investigation for out of specification results
To prepare self-inspection report for compliance with local or global SOP
OOS and OOT investigation report
Calibration of UV-Vis, HPLC and analytical balance
