and employers alike is essential, savvy in customer service and presence of mind to recognize and resolve problems before they
arise.
These qualities can be illustrated in my resume. I have more than 10 + years experience in the field of Customer Services
Management. Starting out with entry level position – in Diners Club Pakistan and moved up the ladder to become a Manager
Customer Service & Authorization within couple of months with double the salary was a fantastic start for the career. Later in
my career I moved to a Multinational Organization after almost 10 years of service Orix Leasing Pakistan to gain the real
industry experience as a Manager Customer Service & POS Support as. Currently working for Dany Technologies (Audionic)
since Jan’ 2010. I still strongly believe that my learning curve has not come to an end just yet, and in future, as my career
progresses so will my knowledge and abilities.
One of my fundamental attributes is strong communication skills and ability to easily recognize and resolve problems. With my
background in computing I have an insider understanding of analytical software. My education in has given me a better grasp
on Customer Service Management and how to stay a step ahead of the competition.
Although all business is challenging, my experience and education enable me to deliver beyond my employers’ expectations.
With my desire, motivation, and dedication I am convinced that I can make a positive contribution to any organization.
