A result-oriented community development practitioner experienced in providing administrative support to complete projects. I am knowledgeable in disseminating project information to project stakeholders, monitoring the progress of projects, developing and maintaining project deliverables, and gathering and inputting data into databases. More so, I have been involved with child protection initiatives, community mobilization, monitoring, and evaluation, field research, capacity building as well as planning and implementing community-based projects. I am looking for a position in a challenging environment that strives for organizational and personal development. 

Being a social organiser at Hayat Foundation, my responsibilities were to create basic community profiles that determine the number of families, locations, type and number of public resources. Create and train Participatory Community Monitoring Teams. Actively work towards youth participation and inclusion in data gathering, analysis, action planning, and monitoring of community activities. As an Administration expert and Project Management expert, I have Organize and schedule appointments, Plan meetings and take detailed minutes, Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms, Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
