I am a Corporate Lawyer with 20 plus years experience of legal work, as partner in a Law Firm and as in-house lawyer and Head of Corporate & Legal Affairs.

I have been working as Head of Legal & Company Secretary in a fertilizer manufacturing and marketing company. I have done the Directors Training Program certification from PICG, and am qualified to be a Director.

I have worked as Group Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs, Manager Legal & Corporate Affairs, Sr. Counsel (SSGC) for plus 11 years, and have also practiced Civil/Corporate law as Partner in a prestigious Law Firm, for 8 years, hence, have broad exposure to and experience in all aspects of legal issues, and litigation, being very well versed in Vetting & Review of international contracts/all kind of agreements, conveyancing, legal documentation as well as with Company Law, Corporate Governance and Best practices and compliances thereof.
