It is to express interest in the job of Hr executive. My Bachelor of science in Accounting and Finance, continuing MBA program, and practical experience, which I have received during the internship at Meezan Bank and U Microfinance Bank give me a firm understanding of the banking processes and compliance with risk management, as well as great organizational and analytical abilities.

At Meezan Bank, I attended a branch level and was exposed (first hand) to functions of managing the account, documentation, protocols of customer services including procedures of adhering to internal policies as also prescribed by the base of Shariah principles in banking. At U Microfinance Bank I have had the opportunity to work with the internal audit team as the bank; I have had a chance to learn more on the aspects of operational efficiency, risk assessment, and regulatory needs.

I am well versed in using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Workiva to handle and analyze information, produce dashboards, and create reports that guide decision-making, and simplify the working process. I am focused, flexible and devoted to conducting high levels of accuracy in financial and operational activities which are essential in banking activities.

I would like to use my abilities to assist in the efficiency of the processes, compliance, and the service of the company and employees.
