I am 27 years old, flexible, deadline oriented and hard-working Nutritionist/Dietitian. I have been always looking for an institution where I could have a challenging environment. I believe that while working with you, I would have opportunities to explore and enhance my knowledge and skills set.

 

I have studied B.Sc. Human Nutrition with 3.86/4.00 from University of Agriculture Peshawar Pakistan I have studied courses including Therapeutic Nutrition, Nutrition Epidemiology, Fundamentals of Dietetics, Nutrition through Life Span, Infant and Young Child Feeding, Nutritional Biochemistry, Exercise and Sports Nutrition and community Nutrition. I have command over designing a diet plan for a specific person as per his/her disease, Height, weight and age and to calculate caloric requirements for individuals as per need. In the course of Nutrition Through life span and Community Nutrition we specifically focused Nutrition from Birth to Elderly and Malnourishment in community Respectively.

 

 I did  Masters In Human Nutrition from University of Peshawar with 3.79/4:00 GPA. and My research topic was about “workout stress among university Teachers: inflammatory biomarkers and body composition). Ended up my research by concluding burnout do effect Teachers inflammatory biomarkers and body composition. Based on subjective studies like Questioners(Body measurement, Sociodemographic data  and Different psychological Questions) and on lab work to measure the biochemical parameters e.g. inflammatory biomarkers on Eliza. And my research Paper writing is underway.

 

Currently I working as Dietitian with a range of responsibilities including Consultation (one to one), Designing Diet Plans for Patient with Obesity, Lean, Diabetes, Poly cystic ovary Syndrome, Stomach trouble, Hypertension by following different Diets i.e Portion control/ Balance diet, Low Carb Diet, Keto Diet, High Protein diet depends on requirement of Patients. In addition to that previously I had the opportunity to work as Nutrition Assistant at Action Against Hunger ( French Organization) in Pakistan. The core responsibilities included treatment of Malnourished children in community through their physical measurements using muac tape,  z score chart and distribution of RUTF( ready to use Therapeutical food) and RUSF(ready to use Supplementary food) in Hilly areas. Further in my experience, I had the credit to work pharmaceutical industry with a basic responsibility of  Assessing pharmacist in formulation of Nutritional supplements. I would also like to mention that I initiated my practical life as nutritionist with a local hospital as an internee. This engagement allows me to apply my theoretical knowledge gained during studies. I was associated with a department which was responsible for Nutritional Management of Patients. I had to have in person talk with patients that allowed me to understand the problems and difficulties involved in it. Specifically I had a responsibility to develop diet plans for diabetic and chronic kidney disease patients, to treat the malnourish kidney patients nutritionally and control the glucose level.NG tube feeing given to stroke  patients who couldn’t chew or swallow foods. Calories requirement was calculated to make the accurate diet plans as per requirement.

During my studies I actively participated in extra and co-curricular activities to keep myself fit and mentally active. I had the privilege to remain a member of different societies (Pakistan international human rights organization, Nutrition awareness society). 

 

In the light of above-mentioned strong academic background, flexible, active, and energetic working experience with friendly approach, good communication skills, appropriate command on reading, writing and speaking English language accompanied by the ability to remain a decent team member and attractive personal character: I would request to consider my application for your program.
