My name is Farah Gillani. I am a master's degree holder in Clinical Psychology. As a clinical psychologist with an MS in clinical psychology and extensive experience in different hospitals, I have gained skills in counseling, assessment, and treatment planning for a wide range of mental health issues. I have also gained a deep understanding of the healthcare system and the challenges that patients face when accessing care.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in communication, both verbal and written, which have been essential in building effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals. I have also gained expertise in using MS office tools for efficient documentation and data management, along with excellent time management and organizational skills. My experience of working as an HR assistant has provided me with additional skills and insights into recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development. This, coupled with my expertise in Psychology, has given me a unique perspective on how to support and engage employees while prioritizing their mental health and well-being.

As a result of my diverse experience, I am confident in my ability to take any role and make a significant contribution to any organization. My combined experience as a psychologist and HR assistant has equipped me with a comprehensive set of skills that are essential for the role, including a deep understanding of human behavior, exceptional communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. These all collectively make me a confident person to inculcate knowledge in students and to provide them motivation towards hard work and move them towards success and achieve their dreams also to provide my services to admin positions
