My name is Faiza Safdar. My qualification is MPhil and MSc in Microbiology from Quaid-i Azam university, Islamabad.

My professional experience includes managing day-to-day laboratory activities and overseeing quality assurance functions to ensure the achievement of highly accurate results of different medical tests of patients. Progressed through consecutive positions as a Coordinator, overseeing laboratory operations, compliance, data review and approval, OOS investigations, root cause analysis, and project coordination while directing a high-performance laboratory team in ensuring the safety and quality of water products. In microbiology section microbial identification in different HVSC, sputum, stool samples of patients. Other tests include environmental monitoring, microbial identification and sterility testing of water. Maintained laboratory integrity and quality by introducing and enforcing mandatory weekly cleaning and maintenance procedures.
