Experience
I am a Consultant Pediatric Surgeon and Section Head at Recep Tayyip Erdogan Hospital, Muzaffargarh, where I have been serving since November 2020. I also hold the position of Service Line Chair of Pediatrics. My expertise lies in neonatal surgery, minimally invasive surgery (MIS), and pediatric thoracic surgery. I have advanced training, including the BAPS Advanced Laparoscopy Course (2015, 2017) and the Pediatric Colorectal Course at Indus Hospital (2022).
I am actively involved in research, with ongoing studies on neonatal and pediatric surgery, including a meta-analysis on circumcision methods and a study on splenectomy in thalassemia major. As the organizer of the 32nd National Pediatric Surgery Conference, I am committed to academic development and surgical education, including a planned live operative workshop on hypospadias repair. A member of APSP and AAPS, I am also preparing for the USMLE and exploring opportunities in medical writing and freelancing.
