procedures using STEP tool (Systematic Tracking of Exchanges in
Procurement). Local/KPPRA procurement for Goods & Works. Contract
Negotiations, Contract Award, Combined Evaluations (T+F), Development of
Criteria based data sheets, Document controlling system, Liasion with
international Consultants, Hiring of Independent Panel of Experts (IPOEs),
Draft Contracts, TORs for experts, Clarifications to the pre-proposals,
Addendums, Variations, EOTs, Dispute Resolutions, Rejoinders, Grievance Redressals, Reports, Working Papers & Agendas, Minutes of Meetings etc.
