Worked with the organization from April 2009 till the Present, started as an IT Support In charge and currently working as a Network Administrator.       

Duties: 

• Administer local wired LAN and Controller-based Wireless LAN Environment of FFHO.
• Maintaining Network Devices Configuration Backups and Firmware.
• Monitoring of Network Devices through PRTG Monitoring System.
• Follow Documented processes i.e., implementing change control procedures approved by Higher Management.
• Troubleshooting User connectivity, Network performance issues, and any other Physical Network problems.
• Network Device stable firmware upgrades if required.
• Technical Evaluation for Purchasing of New IT Equipment.
• Supporting a multi-location IT Network infrastructure for Fauji Foundation (Education/ Health Sector and DR Site).
• Rectification of reported faults regarding FFHO Network and F.F Projects.
• Managing Core / Edge Network of Fauji Foundation Head Office.
• Providing VPN Connectivity to the concern officers upon management approval for desired services required by the end users.
• New LAN Infrastructure design and Installation at (Education/ Health and FFHO) when required.
• Monitoring and Managing the Environmental Control System of FFHO Data Center and FFHO Disaster Recovery Site Data Center.
• Monitoring and Managing CCTV System of FFHO Data Center and FFHO DR Site Data Center.
• Cost saving by negotiating with Vendors and contractors to deliver equipment and services.
• IP Whitelisting from PTA. Purchased IPs from PTCL and Nayatel.
• Local LAN security through NAC Forscout.           

Faysal Bank Ltd       

Worked with the organization as an Officer Grade III from August 2005 till March 2009 as an IT Support.

Duties: 

• Provide training on Windows Operating Systems, MS Office, Banking Operation Systems (Symbol), and Local LAN connectivity to the End Users.
• IT Support to North Region Branches of FBL at 40 x locations for local LAN/ Dual WAN Links. 
• Resolving Vendors related issues warranty, and SLAs of the North Region FBL branches.
• New IT Equipment Installation and Configuration at FBL North Region Branches.

GoNet Internet Service Provider

Worked with the organization as a Support Officer from October 2004 till July 2005.

Duties: 

• Provide Support services to the End Users of Dial-up and ISDN connections regarding Slow speed/ disconnection and User account verification logging problems.
