I have a very good experience in data entry during my whole career, including maintaining the records of the students, staff, examinations, and admission things. During one of my jobs, I was responsible to maintain and update the General Directory and Media Directory on regular basis; the directory included the contact details of high-profile and comprehensive networks of contacts in public/ private portfolios, corporate offices, embassies/ high commissioners/ consulates, media, think tanks, religious groups, educational institutions, law-enforcing agencies, etc. I was also fully responsible for the Guest Lists to maintain, manage, update, and then dispatch the invitations, and work closely with all the departments of the office to make the whole process smooth and efficient. I maintained and updated more than 5000+ guests’ contact records every year before the event. 

I am also proficient in using computers, MS Office, Internet & Intranet, web-browsing, and In-Page (Urdu Software). I am using the computer in my home and office for the last 22 years. I am quite confident in using MS Office applications particularly, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, Outlook, and Publisher (basic); while in my embassy job, I have used Low Satin and High Satin for International Cables and Local communications. Due to my expertise in MS Office, I have been the instructor of this Applications Package and taught 4 groups of government officials in one the year 2001-2002; under a project of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of Pakistan.
