I have done installation and commissioning of Cherat Cement Company Line 2 4200t/d Sinoma and 7200 t/d Sinoma plant upgradation of ball mill to roller press with Main DCS system Siemens PCS 7 on WinCC  and  local control system  S7 300 series and S7 1200 series with TIA portal.I want to improve my technical and soft skills to move in a multi national organization.

About Cherat Cement Company:

Cherat Cement is a leading industry in Cement sector in Pakistan having a total capacity of 15300TPD with 6.3KV MV system and Siemens installed PCS 7 DCS system and Variable speed drives. Also having its own 39MW diesel/Furnace oil/Gas power plant (Wartsila) and 18MW WHR(West Heat Equerry) system and  13.6MW solar Energy plant.

Solar Plant: The installation of 13.6 MW solar plant producing 45000units/day average which optimizing power cost of cement production. While further 7MW extension in progress.

Main Functions: 
Responsible to ensure the correct implementation of the project quality plan and quality procedures and productivity related to all  Electrical And Automation works in accordance with program of work on site.
Duties & Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)

•  Coordinate with the HOD regarding all Automation activities. 
• To be fully aware of the Automation Programs of Main and Local PLC systems.
•  Prepare maintenance work plan for all PLC Equipment’s and panel.
• Being on senior position manage duties and responsibilities of subordinates.
• Ensure that all Automation site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per drawings.
• Ensure safety work environments. 
• Maintaining spares in store to fulfill emergency requirement. 
• Updating store related work through SAP(S4 HANA).
• Follow-up maintenance activities in shutdown.
• Coordination with concern department related to any plant modification. 

Technical Skills: 

Automation Experience:

• Hand on experience on Troubleshooting and operation of SIEMENS PLC’s PCS7 v8.0 and v9.1  CPU 410 5h.
• Working on PLC software (SIMETIC MANAGER).
• Hand on experience on WinCC .
• All new modification in plant i.e Group, motor, valve and damper. With CEMAT library
• Working on Step 7 programming (CFC,SB and Ladder Logic.)
• Maintaining backup for Main PLC,s and  local PLCs (S7 200,300 series,1200 series and 1500)

With there HMI.

• Developing SCADA (Mimics and HMI) for plant PLC on WinCC v6, v7.3, v9.1 and 8.0, TIA Portal versions, and PMIS system.
• Responsible of new modification in plant according to process requirement. and maintain its modification form record through ISO documentation.
• Centralizing the Line 1, Line 2 and Line 3 CCR, s during COVID 19.
• Modification in Roller Press local PLC on Production requirement for smooth operation at line 2 and line 3.
• Programming for Circular Stacker/Reclaimer wireless also installation of TIA v16.
• Software upgradation of line MAIN DCS system from CEMAT 8.1 to CEMAT 9.0 windows 10.
• Modification in LINE 2 GCT local PLC according to process requirement.
• Designed complete programming logic and wincc work for line-lll Rice Husk Main Bucket Elevator and spare auxiliary bucket elevator.
• Engineering station compilation and downloading.
• Modification in circular Stacker PLC according to higher management requirement. 

Change the circular pile shape to longitudinal shape to solve QC material composition issue.

• Servers compilation and downloading.
• Preparation of Engineering station system for PCS7.
• Preparation of Operator station system for PCS7.
• Installation of digital and analog I/O, s cards in racks. 
• Installation of ET-200 IM 153-1 on different panels racks.
• Hardware loop testing and sitting of PLC cards I.e I/O's cards.
• Working on PIMS (Plant Information Management System) which is a new Technology in Pakistan.

• Checking of all program interlocking in hardware form before project start up. 
•  Installation of PLC panels according to Single line drawing of all substation.
• Separate earthing for DCS panels.
• Installation and splicing of optical fiber of all Ares.
• Preparation of computer systems for Servers, Engineering station and Operator Stations.
• Downloading project to all CPU,s according to its hardware and software configuration.
