• Coordinate with PM regarding the progress and give positive feedback of his instructions
• Supervise the activities of renovation of facade like lime plaster , c/s plaster, kankar lime wash, wooden work, lime flush pointing keeping in view the ratios of the ingredients, installation of sewer pipes (UPVC) on the facade work.
• Regarding the infrastructure work, the supervision of activities from the excavation stage to the main road & street surfacing including activities(excavation, temporary sewer house connections, PCC under sewerage & storm drainage u PVC terracotta chambers and laying of sewer & drainage lines as per RD & RL,  hydrostatic test of storm & sewerage lines & leakage test of newly laid water supply line accordingly in patches, storm drainage lines with connection with newly installed rain water pipes on façade also providing underground electrical services like LT & HT cables, ABC cables, Installation of sluice valve, similarly construction of telecommunication chambers on the proposed locations as per drawing. • Preparation of “Material Submittal Reports” & get it approved from the consultant & accordingly sent it to UET lab or PCSIR for its result.
• Similarly at the same time I am performing the responsibility of “Preparation of Daily Site Report of Day & Night Shift.”
