Ensure compliance of the mandate given by management for pre & post disbursement verification of the loans through field & Tele-verification.

Monitor the Field Risk and Tele-Verification team members are conducting their mandate in accordance with internal policies and procedures and Code of Conduct.

Periodically conduct randomreview decisions takenby field risk supervisor to ensure that all decisionsby risk supervisor are as per defined policy,procedures, product programs and regulatory requirements.

Ensure decisions of the loan files logged in by branches within the defined turnaround time (TAT).

Cross verifythe FRS’s findings and classify them in High, Medium and Low severity breaches as per creditrisk accountability and enforcement guidelines and share the findingswith line management.

Escalate any non-compliance or suspicious issuesin accordance with internal reporting protocol.

Compile regular management reports as required.

Ensure availability of required resources to manage the work load.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date recordsin accordance withinternal policies & regulatory requirements.

Monitoring of the team performance, identification of administrative issues related to team, systems& applications andshare with relevant functions.

Conduct on-the-job training, as required.

Be involved in ad hoc projects or assignments, as required.
