Dr. Rab Nawaz Jadoon

I am currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Sciences at COMSATS University, Islambad (Abbottabad Campus), Pakistan. From Sep 2007 to Aug 2009, I was a Research Associate at COMSATS University, Abbottabad. Before that, I was Lecturer Computer Science at Government Postgraduate College No. 1 Abbottabad (2005 to 2007).  I received M.Sc(CS) degree in Computer Science from Hazara University, Mansehra, Pakistan in 2004 and then did MS-Computer Sciences from COMSATS University Abbottabad in 2009 respectively on Scholarship respectively. I got selected under the CAS-TWAS President Fellowship Program 2016 for Ph.D. Study funded by UNESCO at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) Hefei China. I completed my Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering with Distinction in Just 2.5 Years.

My research interests include Wireless Communications and Networking (WSN, WBAN, Adhoc Networks, VANETs etc), Future Mobile Communication Networks, Big Data Analytics, and multimedia communication. I am also working as an adjunct research fellow in Key Laboratory of Wireless Optical Communication, School of Information Science and Technology, USTC Hefei China with renowned Academician Prof. WuYang Zhou since 2016.

I have doctoral degree in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Hefei China (ranked #94 in QS World University Rankings 2023). As a skilled, educated, and highly experienced professional with over 15 years of experience in teaching and research as an Assistant Professor, I believe my experience makes me a promising candidate for this role.
