Dr. Aneeq Inam

I am Dr. Aneeq Inam. I have recently completed my Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and achieved (a 4/4 CGPA). UPM is accredited by AACSB, EFMD Global, and Beta Gamma Sigma. It is ranked 123 in the QS-World University Ranking. My Research interest includes Human Resource Management, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Business Ethics, and Sustainability. Currently, I am working on more than three research articles which will soon be submitted to reputed journals. I have published research articles in leading international academic journals in the fields of Human Resource Management, such as the International Journal of Manpower (ABDC - A Category Journal), and the Journal of economic and administrative sciences (ABDC – C Category). He has published in five Web of Science – JCR-SSCI journals. Besides, publishing the research articles in reputed journals, I participated in reputed conferences and received one Gold Award, one Bronze Award, and one Award of Excellence by the Asia Pacific Journal of Business Administration

To enhance his portfolio, he is about to submit several research articles to reputed journals. In my academic career, I taught part-time several courses to undergraduate and master’s degree students. The courses include Principle of Management, Industrial Psychology, and Collective Bargaining, Decision Making and Negotiation, Human Resource Development, Strategic Management, Introduction to Psychology, Self-Development, Operations Management, “Job Analysis, Performance Evaluation, and Appraisal”, Introduction to Business, Career Management and Planning, Total Quality Management, Corporate Governance. 

Learning and teaching, in my opinion, are closely related. Designing experiences for students that encourage deep learning is part of teaching. Teaching also entails allowing students to practice applying concepts, ideas, and abilities, as well as offering continuous feedback on their progress. My students have learned when they have formed new ideas and understandings, made sense of their learning experiences, and grown more conscious of themselves as learners. For me, teaching is not a private endeavor. Teachers, like students, benefit greatly from sharing their experiences and expertise. I believe that teachers develop and learn when they work with colleagues. The development of an expert teaching practice comes from receiving feedback from others. I continue to seek out mentors and look for opportunities to work with my colleagues so I can continue to learn and grow as an educator

In sum, I am an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, team skills, and various academic and professional skills. I am a committed academician possessing excellent administrative, verbal communication, and written skills along with constructive, effective, and smart teaching methods that promote a stimulating and interacting learning environment. Able to work in a managerial role or as part of a team and have proven ability to successfully work in tight schedules and deadlines. I am self-motivated and possess excellent planning, organizing, and communication skills with the ability to establish goals and attain results that have been demonstrated through his key achievements.
