I am working as Director of Nursing/Infection Prevention and Control at NIBD & BMT with additional responsibilities for the NIBD outreach program and educational services. Member of SIOP (International Society of pediatric oncology), PIDS USA (International Society of pediatric infectious diseases), APHON (Association of Pediatric hematology oncology Nurses) USA, HIS (Healthcare association infectious diseases) UK, LOTUS USA, got certification in Intensive infection control from St Jude Research hospital USA in 2019, Infectious disease certificate in 2020 and a specialized certificate in Critical care from St Jude USA in 2022. I am the first Nurse in Pakistan to establish a Bone Marrow transplant unit in the Public sector in Pakistan. My field of interest is Hematology oncology, Bone marrow transplantation, and Infection prevention. She is part of making the Diploma in hematology-oncology and BMT curriculum by the Pakistan Nursing Council. 

I am facilitates and coordinate nursing training courses/seminars at national and international levels. I have 8 international and 06 National publications. Honored to serve in different posts of Management in my entire 23 years of professional life (Nursing).
