I am a Fellow Member of ACCA having more than 12 years of experience and I am currently working as Manager Corporate Affairs at K-Electric and reporting to the Company Secretary. My key accomplishments are:

1. Certified Company Secretary from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance. 
2. Lead in incorporating a Public Sector Company owned by the Government of Sindh and reporting to the Provincial Minister Health in the capacity of Company Secretary.
3. Thorough understanding of dynamics of nonprofit organizations in terms of providing strategic inputs and leading its finance function while also playing a key role in corporate governance and business development.
4. Successfully concluding various project audits resulting in grant release to the Company.
5. Ensuring compliance to the applicable rules / regulations through development of compliance framework and constant engagement with the Senior Management Team (SMT).
6. Establishing Finance Dept. with the right resources.
7. Finance Lead on a USD 7 million project on USAID project for vocational education of deserving youth of Karachi, Pakistan.
8. Leading the winding up assignment of a Public Company.
9. Teaching finance courses / IFRS to MBAs in one of the leading business schools of Pakistan.
