With a solid background in loss prevention and security, coupled with my current role as the owner of a successful grocery mart, I bring a unique blend of experience, dedication, and business acumen that aligns seamlessly with the requirements of the position.

From November 2015 to April 2021, I  served as a Security Officer and then changed to Loss Prevention Assistant at Dubai Duty Free in DXB Airport. During my tenure, I played a crucial role in implementing and managing effective loss prevention strategies. This experience equipped me with a keen understanding of security protocols, risk assessment, and the importance of fostering a safe and compliant environment in a high-traffic setting.

Subsequently, my role as a Security Officer at Bloomingdale's, Dubai, from September 2014 to August 2015, allowed me to refine my skills in security management, incident response, and customer service. My responsibilities extended to ensuring the safety of assets, customers, and staff while maintaining a positive shopping experience.

In addition to my corporate experience, I have been the proud owner of a grocery mart since 2021 to present. This entrepreneurial venture has provided me with valuable insights into business operations, customer relations, and the day-to-day challenges of running a successful enterprise. These experiences have cultivated my ability to think strategically, adapt to dynamic environments, and make sound decisions to enhance overall business performance.

With a rich tapestry of over 8 years in the realms of security, loss prevention, customer service, and CCTV camera operations, I bring a wealth of expertise cultivated in the vibrant landscapes of Dubai Duty Free (DXB Airport) and Bloomingdale's at Dubai Mall.

My tenure at Dubai Duty Free was marked by a multifaceted role encompassing security management, loss prevention strategies, and the meticulous oversight of CCTV systems in a high-traffic airport environment. My proficiency extended to the regular composition of detailed reports, reflecting my commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

At Bloomingdale's in Dubai Mall, I embraced a customer-centric role that demanded 12-hour standing duties focused on elevating the shopping experience. This experience not only sharpened my customer service skills but also underscored my resilience and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic retail setting.

My skill set is further underscored by my adeptness in control room operations, where I navigated real-time security challenges with poise and precision. The ability to write comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports showcases my commitment to effective communication and documentation.
