- Operations
- Keeping a to-do list and making sure no work is left out, you need to well versed in keeping track of all task under execution or in pipeline in the Operations department for both yourself and PM.
- PRs for few items (pantry stuff, local travel etc.) and required follow-ups.
- All documents that are signed and go out of SOE or all documents that are received by SOE must be kept in files with updated record – Filing and record keeping is an important aspect of your job
- You need to maintain proper drop box folder for your work – this includes easy to access hands-on info – furniture list, IT Asset list, keys list, printer list, SOE forms, PR details all in SOE drop box.
- All IT related issues includes new installations & management of existing IT stuff to be coordinated with IST and ensure IT installations are working properly in all SOE rooms.

- Space Management
- Includes coordinating SOE issues related to F&E – logging tickets and timely follow up

- Managing the office attendant and janitor for daily routine cleaning task.
- Responsibility of all existing furniture & keys of the SOE space.
- Strategic Role
- Ensuring SOE policies are implemented throughout the team – this mean people follow protocols and use appropriate forms.

- Flag important/urgent/critical issues to Program Manager
- Flag cases where employees are not following SOE policies.
