JOB SUMMARY

• Lead, plan, and perform financial and operational audits.
• Create and develop new audit programs to improve financial controls.
• Providing input into the efficiencies, procedures and effectiveness of an evolving Internal Controls organization.
• Observing year-end inventory counts
• Performed all inventory analysis, including obsolescence review and write offs 
• Performed all products costing plus monthly closing of Cost of Goods Sold, Distribution Expenses and Operations Expenses
• Managing the Accounts Payable by ensuring suppliers’ payment on time, regular review of aging report and timely monthly closing of accounts payable
• Managing Accounts Receivable by ensuring receipt on time by review and analysis of aging report and investment analysis
• Accounts reconciliation And Bank Reconciliation Statement
• Prepares balance sheet, profits and losses report, and other statements based on information obtained throughout the year
• Assisting in Annual Budgetary Process
• Forecasting of Raw Materials need according to the Budgets
• Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and yearly Cash Budget
• Final Accounts Settlement
• Develop and maintain accurate product costs
• Audit items costs, costing programs and systems for accuracy 
• Ensure rates are appropriate and are kept updated with changes in the business Coordinate proper cost absorption in inventory valuation
• Set standard costs for all products and directed the implementation of cost accounting methods and activities
• Accumulated and applied overhead costs as required by generally accepted accounting principles
• Implementation of ERP system in all departments including RMS, PMS, FGS, QC department, QA Department, Procurement, Sales, Distribution and Accounts.
• Interacting with all levels (up to CFO) to review and communicate findings and recommendations.
