I have over 15 years of work experience in monitoring, evaluation, research and reporting,Following are my key expertise related to the work

1. Possess excellent research skills, including the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources. This includes conducting literature reviews, collecting primary and secondary data, and using appropriate research methodologies.

1. Strong capacity to develop good quality reports for internal use and donors, in addition to presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner, both in written reports and presentations. 

1. Proficient in data analysis skills including use of statistical software and other analytical tools to process and interpret data. This is important for identifying trends, patterns, and insights to inform decision-making and provide recommendations.

1. Very good with monitoring and evaluation frameworks and methodologies. I have been designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems to assess program performance, track indicators, and measure outcomes.

I have over 15 years of experience in the development sector with international organizations and the UN.  During that period mainly did the M&E for development, crisis and emergency projects related to Education, health, agriculture, community development and Gender mainstreaming etc.

During my master's, i had two complete courses on Research Methodology and operation research and system analysis, which further helped me in pushing my career in monitoring, research and evaluation.
