1-Ensure that thoroughly analyze and comprehend the customer's inquiry.
2-Undertake a thorough review and interpretation of the customer's requirements pertaining to plans and technical specifications.
3- Compile a detailed material take-off and provide a comprehensive cost estimation.
4-Conduct an analysis to determine the minimum bill of materials, identify the most competitive price levels, and assess the shipment cycle within the relevant market segment for each specific proposal.
5-Generate and thoroughly review the prices of the necessary equipment and materials obtained from both international and local suppliers.
6-Create a comprehensive quotation for the configured products, considering all relevant factors and specifications.
7-Helping/support to our Key Account Manager in preparation of bid proposals and quotations to customers.
8-Developing the detailed proposal/quotation including the following products/materials.
(Switchgear, Distribution Transformer, Switchboard, Panel Board & Enclosures, Control gear and MCC, Power Factor Correction (PFC), Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), Circuit Breakers & Switches, Contactors and Protection Relays, Fuse, Light Switches and Electrical Sockets, Motor Starters and Protection Components, Pushbuttons, Switches & Safety Switches, Switchgear Components, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Plugs and Receptacles, Lighting Solution (Safe Area & Hazardous area),Fitting and accessories etc..
9-Familiar and working on ERP system (Sage X3) Sales, Inventory, Purchasing.

• Lead the technical team to manage all type to projects inquiries for technical & commercial proposals submission.
• Cementing healthy relationship with contractors, consultants and end users.
• Good Coordination with sales team, procurement team & production team.
• Project management (execution of projects, internal inspections & timely delivery of products.

Review client specifications, SLD, BOQ and prepare technical/commercial proposals accordingly.
• Execute the all types of Govt. tenders (PAEC/NDC/CPC/KCI) technically & commercially.
• Having skills and good command on consultant’s schematic diagrams/technical datasheets.
• Expertise on estimation, designing & general procurement related to LV and MV switchgear.
