Please find my brief candidature for your kind consideration.

I remained legal consultant of Sitara Chemical Industries Limited. I remain attached to banks & different social organizations as legal adviser. 

At the same time I am serving as Co. Secretary/ Project Director in Rawalpindi Housing (Pvt) Ltd, Sangjani, Taxila, Rawalpindi. I have also served as Project Manager in WAPDA View Town Islamabad for more than two years

I am a writer of Three books. Two text books “Corporate Law” for Bachelors of Business Administration AND “Constitutional & Administrative Law” for Masters of Public Administration – MPA, both for COMSATS University – Virtual Campus. AND Another namely; “The Art of Legal Interpretation” for general students of Law & Lawyers

I remained part of Federal Urdu University of Arts Science and Technology, Islamabad as HoD Law & Advisor. I have served in Islamic International University Islamabad, HITEC University, Taxila, COMSATS Wah, Virtual University, Arid Agriculture University, Rawalpindi, University of Lahore, as Faculty Member since last Fifteen years for different, mainly Law Related subjects including Business Law.

Being Lawyer of High Court Level, running my own Law Office, mostly for Civil Litigation Convincing Land Disputes in Courts of different levels, while special emphasis on Corporate Sector, construction of artificial bodies, related issues, formation of Contracts, agreements, MoU’s etc. 

Earlier, During LLM, LLB & MBA, I was engaged as Faculty Member with Postal Information Technology Center, Islamabad Campus (PITC-Islamabad), a venture of COMSATS Institute of Information Technology and Pakistan Post, Ministry of Information, Government of Pakistan. I also have been teaching in well-known institutions and private organizations, the courses related to management sciences, computer orientation, and lawyers database management. As a teaching resource faculty, engaged in a series of seminars and presentations.

I had the opportunity to work with the World Bank, in a project as coordinator in ‘The Challenges and Potential of Pakistan India Trade’

I am hardworking, keen to achieve the challenging targets and groomed to lead a working team or efficient being the part of it.
