6 Weeks as Trainee Engineer work in Army Welfare Sugar Mills in Badin.
Boiler House / Mechanical Workshop.
18 Months Technician Helper in Suzuki Makli Motors Dealership and after then Promotion Worked as Service Advisor to June 2019.
Duties and Responsibilities.
Inspecting vehicles and diagnosing any required work.
Performing service checks.
Performing vehicle maintenance tasks, such as changing oil and air filters, as required.
Cleaning and maintaining the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
Conducting routine maintenance work aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity.
Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.
Keep logs on work and issues.
Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks).
Discussing required repairs with customers.
Calculating the expected time and cost of vehicle work.
Repairing or replacing components as required.
Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity.
Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift).

► Responsibilities
Responsibilities and administering the routine maintenance and lubrication schedule for all area machine.
All area machine documentation and record keeping.
Responsible for all schedule (Oil, Grease, bearing, Gearbox) Inspection of all area machine.
Responsible for all area running machine inspection, Condition monitoring, Vibrations taken, Maintenance as per schedule and record keeping as per plan.
Responsible for all area maintenance activities of gear boxes and bearing.
Creatively weekly, daily summary of all activities of maintenance.
Provide work flow instruction to junior staff.
Keeping all lubricants in organized condition.
Completing, all duties to applicable safety measure and procedure.
Keep an up to date inventory of machine tools.
Use different lubricant as per requirement, example Semi solid lubricant (Grease) of all types and industrial oil (Hydraulic and Gear oil).
