1. Production shift in charge 
   Chevron Pakistan Lubricants (pvt) ltd. May 2022 – Present
   Job Responsibilities
   • Proficiently led and coordinated the operations team, acting as a vital liaison between workers and upper management.
   • Delivered significant projects by installing and completing the operation of three ARCA anti-counterfeit machines, as well as the 
   installation of a robot palette conveyor system, which considerably increased production output. As a result, while local product 
   sales have declined, our production rates have significantly grown.
   • Reduced manufacturing rejection percentage from 30% to 0.5% by using my devotion and skill set, proving the capacity to 
   dramatically improve product standards.
   • Maintaining a zero-complaint market record via a steadfast commitment to quality, regular inspections, and monthly inspections of stocks
   • Efficiently operated and maintained all filling and packaging equipment, conducting regular inspections and scheduling preventive

   Job Responsibilities
   • Execute thorough preventive maintenance and repair activities on all plant equipment, especially the production system, gearbox, 
   pumps, rotatory filler, capper, steam valves, and conveyors, to ensure the manufacturing facility's seamless and dependable operation.
   • Led the project involving the installation of a 72-nozzle rotatory filler and capper, as well as the overall packing line.
   • Supervising and managing machinery operations efficiently, managing with the production team to reduce downtime and address 
   issues swiftly. 
3. Production Supervisor
   Hamdard Laboratories Waqf Pakistan. Oct 2017 – August 2018
   Job Responsibilities.
   • Lead and trained a net headcount of 120 workers including operators and technicians.
   • I have led several departments, the most important of which were Naunehal Griph Water and Roohafza, in addition to the syrup 
   section, Khameera Majoon, printing depart.
   • Supervised a team of manufacturing employees, optimized shift schedules, produced production reports, and tracked inventory 
   logs to ensure superior quality of goods and production efficiency.
   • Monitored inventory levels and coordinated with the procurement department to ensure the timely availability of raw materials.
