I am leading OEM Technical Department dealing with the quality products for sensitive customers like Honda Cars, Toyota, Suzuki, Hyundai, Proton , Master, Changan , Regal , AHL , AGTL , Pak Star, NAC , etc..
I am thoroughly involved in following tasks:
 Responsible for New product development , Film properties tests as per provided standards (Honda , Toyota , Suzuki , Hyundai etc.)
 Customer Technical Services & Line side trials of new products as well as optimization of existing products based on line side conditions.
 Responsible for Quality Control of metallic paints, topcoats, primers, Fast drying enamels, epoxy paint, polyurethane paint, hardeners, color , solvents, additives etc according to Standard Testing Methods
 Strong grip on colour matching and ensuring that there is no colour variation in our products.
 In process adjustments in the production batches.
 Complete monitoring of the batch manufacturing starting from raw material issuance till its filling.
 Working for NG (Not Good) batches to rectify them
 Responsible for the possibilities to work off the material without compromising on Quality.
 Preparation of Test reports/Certificate of Conformance for the customers along with color panels for presentations.
 Customer visits to monitor the product and adjust it during QC for next time if required.
 Complaint Analysis and rectification if required.
 Recording, retaining and graphical presentation of QC data throughout the year.
 ISO documentation and calibration when required.
 Strong communication with all departments to achieve quality related targets.
