Detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer with more than 4.5 years’ experience, skilled in Production Operations, Maintenance planning & Projects. Seeking to leverage function skills and professional experience to deliver KPI targets and improve processes as well as equipment efficiencies.

Currently with 4.5 years of experience, I am associated with Pepsi Cola International Pakistan. 

I working as Process Improvement Lead in manufacturing department.

Below are my core responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily line efficiencies (Salts & Liquids)
2. Identification and elimination of unplanned losses to reduce process inefficiencies
3. Responsible for Site Capacity Utilization Analysis – support in identification of bottlenecks & future capital investments
4. Process order management in SAP in Liaison with production operators, supply chain and quality
5. Monitoring of Schedule Adherence, Yield variances, flag issues developing CAPA and ensure effective implementation

By profession I am Mechanical Engineer. I have graduated in 2018 from University of Engineering & Technology (UET) with 3.16/4.00 CGPA
