Supervise the technical and administrative activities of Microbiology section through visual inspection to ensure smooth operations. • Assign various duties and responsibilities among the staff through adequate distribution of work load and by making monthly roster to ensure reports are prepared on time. • Monitoring of quality control assurance programs and safety/security standards. • Handle departmental staffing matters such as attendance, discipline and counselling through random checks. • Monitor the supplies against the test volumes to avoid the shortage of inventories.
