• Will ensure the Implementation of Project EHS plan, Legal & regulatory requirements. 
• Will prepare EHS statistics for project and will present in Monthly EHS review committee meeting with BU Head of EHS and client. 
• Will ensure the implementation of EHS orientation/induction, Toolbox Talks, Training’s system specified in Project EHS plan. 
• Will ensure implementation of risk assessments/JSA on site specified in Project EHS Plan. 
• Will ensure implementation of PTW system at site specified in Project EHS plan. 
• Inspect and audit site for monitoring assurance of implementation of EHS systems specified in Project EHS Plan. 
• Will ensure implementation and compliance of environmental management plan (EMP) of Project. 
• Will ensure Immediate reporting system of potential unsafe act / conditions, accidents, incidents and near-miss that may cause severe injury to any person at site, damage to property and harm to environment. 
• In case of any incident, he will conduct investigation and report the facts to management, also in case of accident, EHSMiP will be a part of investigation team. 
• Monitor and maintain data and information statistics on EHS activities. 
• Maintain environmental issues on the site and the neighbouring environment operating within the standards of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. 
• Maintain Food Safety issues during production packing of food product or hygiene system is obey in cafeteria and conducting third party audit within the standard of HACCP 22000.
