Asif Naveed

I am qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan having 10+ years post qualification experience. 

During my practical experience of about 14+ years (+10 years PQE), I not only enhanced my skill-sets but also intensified my knowledge, which would make me an excellent choice for the available vacancy. Due to working with esteemed organizations including Big4, I have had the exposure to work in almost all relative fields of Finance and Accounting. My experience ranges from auditing to implementation of IFRS, budgeting, planning, reporting and financial analysis. I also gained extensive experience in financial forecasting, business plans, budgeting, annual strategy planning, Internal Controls, Reporting and consolidation while working with Nestle. Aside from the jobs, my role as a Mentor for BSc Program (ACCA) has allowed me to enhance my counseling skills. 

In addition to above, I have also worked on some very key projects within Nestle which include:

• Leading the Shared Services and Restructuring project – R2R
• Automation of Nestle monthly business planning process and key financial reports
• Re-organization of Corporate and Business Planning department

Apart from my learning through practical experience, I exhibit good communication skills. My ability of quick learning has always been to advantage me in all fields and enabled me to get the highest rating in Nestle F&C. On job, I am driven, determined and focused to exceed the set targets. I am proficient at using the Excel, Power Point, Power BI and SAP. 

I currently reside in Lahore, Pakistan but open to travel abroad to develop my career. I also want to work in an environment where I can make available my skill-set to more people, so they can benefit from them, as I learn and thrive myself being a part of a team.
