 Served as a shift lead for 10+ Maintenance Technicians and other staff.  Researched, designed, evaluated, installed, and maintained mechanical products, equipment,  systems, and processes to meet requirements while applying knowledge of engineering principles.  Recommended design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.  Investigated equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operations, and make recommendations to the maintenance crew.  Developed, coordinated, and monitored all aspects of production, including the selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, or operation of product designs.  Coordinated with different suppliers regarding the availability of spare parts to ensure smooth operation.   Managed all the plant maintenance activities including condition monitoring and vibration analysis of mechanical equipment.  Planned and executed major overhauls of Compressors, Pumps, Cooling towers, Heat Exchangers, Pipelines, Pressure Vessels, and other plant-rotating equipment.  Reduced machine breakdown to improve efficiency and reduced repair and maintenance costs.  Managed the team for the Implementation of the maintenance ERP module in the company.  Involved in root cause analysis (RCA) of the rotating equipment, hydraulic equipment, and static equipment and provide solutions to equipment reliability problems.  Developed maintenance strategies and procedures for rotating equipment, hydraulic equipment, and static equipment.  Coordinated with OEM to resolve the problems and enhance the reliability of the equipment.  Responsible for the preparation of bid packages for major overhauls, pre-qualification of contractors, scopes of work and parts requirement.  Successfully did the technical evaluation of new automated rolling mill plant.  Successfully completed the capital maintenance of forging Plant that includes different mechanical equipment such as hydraulic manipulator, air compressors, Reciprocating water hydraulic pumps and 1700 ton hydraulic Press  Ensured the proper and quick manufacturing of parts of machines in machine shop during their maintenance work in order to restore the production.  Planned and executed the process flow chart for the machining of different parts
