Cost effective spare parts management as per plant requirement (by exploring local market, develop in-house repair expertise & find
alternate less expensive spares).Prepare RFQ, Technical correspondence with venders, review quotation & CS, price review and technicalrecommendation.
D. Project Management:
For new projects that required capital budgeting, designing, prepare of RFQ, procurement, Installation, Testing and commissioning.
Feasibility of major new projects is evaluated on the basis of Payback period before presenting to Management for approval. Perform Close
coordination with OEM and other Technical Depts., Procurement, and Warehouse & contractor for said activity.
