I am a 31 years old professional roti maker from Pakistan, also known as tortilla bread. I have handy skills of managing and baking bread in a vertical oven. I have been working for more than 20years and have developed keep skills in this field. I run a street food shop where I work day in day out. I'm looking for more opportunities in similar businesses where i can utilize my skills do best and learn more about culinary arts.
