1. Oversee operations of Biomedical engineering department in a healthcare setting.
2. Responsible for maintaining maximum uptime of medical devices.
3. Implemented Equipment Management Program ensuring that all pieces of medical devices must undergo through necessary maintenance as recommended by OEM.
4. Lead team of 25 Bme professionals including engineers and Bme Technicians.
5. Ensure correct and optimal use of medical devices by providing hands-on-training to clinical staff .
6. Lead various healthcare projects as Project Manager , responsible for all aspects of projects from start to finish.
7. Perform audits to identify gaps in approved best clinical practices.
8. Manage vendors and negotiated contracts including but not limited to Radiology equipment.
9. Responsible for preparing annual maintenance budgets and submit to CFO.
10. Technical evaluation of medical devices during procurement process 
11. Implemented practices to ensure safety of medical devices by performing in-house electrical safety testing as per IEC 62353 and IEC 60601-1.
12. Ensure timely availability of required medical gases to run operations of the hospital effectively.
