Job Duties & responsibilities: 

 Understand projects and high-level requirements, and provide feedback with network solutions. 

 Provide detailed assessment and implementation plan for the building network based on business requirements. 

 Responsible for network devices, as well as appliances, vulnerability review and assessment.  Expertise in configuration, design, troubleshooting and maintenance of Enterprise Network on technologies which includes LAN and WLAN, Authentication, Authorization & Accounting(AAA) Devices, Network Access Control(NAC) Devices. 

 Experience on Paloalto, Cisco Nexus Switching, Wireless LAN Controller(WLC), Cisco Identity Services Engine(ISE) devices. 

 Implementation of TACACS+/RADIUS on Cisco ISE for Centralized management of all devices including Wi-Fi Radius. 

 Expertise Wi-Fi standards including TACACS+/RADIUS, 802.1x and 802.11. 

 Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including patches, OS and security configurations

 Design and implementation of MPLS VPNs, including Layer 2 and Layer 3 VPNs over various access technologies. 

 Hands-on experience with various networking protocols such as TCP/IP, RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, ISIS, HSRP, VRRP, BGP, STP, IP SLA. 

 Integration of GPON, WiMax, DVB-RCS networks with IP/MPLS Core. 

 Coordination with Field Engineers for end-to-end customer/core service verification and troubleshooting.

 Constant interaction with NOC for providing L2 support during day to day operational issues 

 Pro-active monitoring, Identify, diagnose, resolve and document network problems and security threats.

Network Engineer – National Engineers (Cisco-PTCL IP O&M Project) (Oct 2020 – Nov 2021) Job Duties & responsibilities: 

 Planning and managing network upgrades and operation and maintenance activities in coordination with ISP. 

 Cisco ASA firewalls, ASR 9K series, CRS series, 7600 series router troubleshooting and network operations and maintenance activities. 

 Monitor system performance and capacity, and provide periodic system status reports to the management. 

 Managing RMA related TAC cases with Cisco team. 

Network Engineer – Wateen Telecom (Project Telenor Bank) (Sep 2017 – Oct 2020) 

Job responsibilities:

  Juniper SRX & SonicWall Firewall Deployment, VPN service shifting and Verification. 

 IPSec VPN configuration with DVTI tunneling and troubleshooting.
