Scanning of ZN, Gram Smears, India Ink, and analysis of wet prep of all samples. Processing of all Clinical specimens including Pus, Wound swab, Genital specimens & body fluids, CSF, pleural fluid, ascetic fluid, semen, Eye swab, Sputum, Catheters, Urine, and Stool • Preparation of KOH wet prep and analysis for Fungal pathogens and then partially reporting. Csf Cryptococcal antigen testing, fecal occult blood test, and wet prep of stool (ova, cyst, parasite). Processing of Gen Xpert for Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, C. Diff & CT& NG.Processing of Blood including subculturing, staining, and reviewing of Gram stains and reporting. Hands on experience and fully trained how to operate & Caliberate Blood Culture System(BACT/ALERTVirtuo(biomerieux). Biological Safety Cabinet, Cobas Urine Analyzer. Culture benches training
