Ammar Qasim

I am passionate about medical education, new learning and teaching strategies and advancement in medical and health professionals education. My interest and research is in AI, augmented and virtual reality, simulations, digital learning. 

I am working as demonstrator and lecturer in department of medical education. 

I am curriculum In-charge of 1st year and 2nd year MBBS.

I am coordinator of Problem Based Learning (PBL) committee.

I designed and am running the Formal Electives Internship Program in my institute. 

I have also worked as coordinator of certification program. Which included Certificate in Health Professions Education, Certificate in Health Research, Certificate in Clinical Education and Advance Certificate in Assessment Practices.

I am a formal mentor of final year MBBS. 

I did my MBBS degree 2 years back from The University of Lahore and did my House Job/clinical internship of 1 year after that from University of Lahore Teaching Hospital. 

I am currently enrolled in Masters of Medical Education (Masters in Health Professions Education) at The University of Lahore.
