I also gained hands-on experience with AWS and Alibaba Cloud, improving network infrastructure using cloud technology. Additionally, I completed an internship at alqamees in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, where I served as a Customer Service Attendant cum WordPress Management. In this role, I efficiently handled customer calls, managed WordPress for sales purposes, and demonstrated expertise in inventory management and ERP handling. I have also acquired relevant certifications, including an Aptech Ethical Hacking certification course, Tec forte SIEM learning, Cisco Packet Tracer badges, and AWS badges regarding cloud solutions.
