I Amir Raza complete my Intermediate 12 grade education in Commerce from Garrission College for Men. I Start my Career as Office Associate in 2013 in Rain Makers. In 2014 I got job offer from Amal Academy as Associate II, in Which I work 5 year and left Amal Academy in 2019 as Assistant Manager Admin & Finance. In 2019 I got job offer from Beyound the Classroom as Assistant Manager Accounts & HR I left this orgnization due to Covid 19. In 2022 I recived New Job offer as Data Analystics in Senew Tech.

Senew Tech a project of private limited orgnization in which I work as Data Analyst. In this project I learn about Data Management.  Beyond the classroom education is private limited organization work for youth developments & builds soft skill in different school and community. I was Work on Concur Peachtree software for Accounts. I was responsible for HR Management Team, Policy Implementation &  New Administration hiring. Maintain monthly Payroll, Manage Petty Cash, Daily expenses update, Deal with banks, Issue Purchase orders, Prepare Annual Accounts reports, Supervise to Administration team, Provide Logistics to team on demand, Maintain CEO personal things, Work on annual Prediction & budget of organization, Quarterly inventory of logistics, Maintain office Assets Records, Maintain Employees Attendance Record etc.   Amal Academy is a Education startup funded by Stanford University that teaches professional skills to University students and corporations. I was working as Assistant Manager Admin & Finance. Processing monthly payroll managed cash flow and prepared monthly cash flow projections. Prepared annual accounts to trial balance stage, and liaising with external  auditor.  –Office Management: Monitored inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. Monitored costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation Oversaw facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g. electricians, plumbers & Carpanters etc).–Documentation: Documented Company’s registration office compliance Memorandum of Understanding with different universities  –Logistical Management: Arranged logistics for 18 teams for three months of fellowships  Not just that I also have managed the interviews logistics and Marketing logistics as well. Assisting with the administration of the High Performance program (logistics, trials)  –Event Management: Have hands on experience on organizing multiple events for the company which include workshops, corporate trainings, fellowships, Info sessions, trips, Alumni events, Team Nights etc. –Marketing: Have been a part of the Marketing team as well and have represented my organization at multiple forums. Starting from organizing Info desk, guerilla marketing, to operating phone banks and doing transcriptions and also doing on spot conversions as well.  –General office administration: Being flexible, adaptable and available to take on other tasks or Duties as requested by the CEO.  –Policy Implementation: Development and implementation of relevant financial policies and Procedures, in consultation with the CEO, Director Operations, and under supervison of Senior Operation Manger.   RAIN MAKERS: an organization that supplies Water Irrigation Systems  General office administration: Managed the queries of clients and provided them Information About the products Sales: Got training on sales and Marketing from my peers.  -Maintaining Logistics: Provided and maintain check and balance of logistics needed by the team members.  Skills: Teamwork, Leadership, Consistency, Time Management, Adaptability  Languages: English, Urdu, Punjabi. 

In 2012 i was completed my Intermediate education in Commerce study, from Lahore Garrission College for Men & start to learn IT skills in FFTTC in Hardware & Software.
