This highly skilled and experienced automation professional has over a decade of experience in managing and maintaining complex PLC/DCS systems in large-scale manufacturing environments. With a Master's degree in Industrial Control and Automation, the candidate has extensive experience in commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of PLCs and HMIs, as well as designing, modifying, and upgrading control systems. Program and modify SIEMENS S7400/300/200/1200/Omron/Allen Bradley TIA Portal, DCS/PLC, and SCADA systems, design HMI, and commission new installations. • Execute the erection of Ventomatic Packing plant, Crusher Project, Analog Marshalling panels, and complete Cement Production Line H with Siemens PCS7 (Version 8.2). • Identify and troubleshoot issues in DCS/PLC and related networks and perform necessary modifications. • Deliver presentations to senior management for projects, modifications, and upgrades. • Conduct scheduled and emergency repair/maintenance of DCS/PLC equipment and networks. • Expand existing control systems by installing new control hardware and operator stations. • Update tripping and alarming lists as required and maintain ISO 9001:2000 documentation through audits. • Source spares and inspect equipment for availability and performance testing. • Train and mentor Assistant Managers, Trainee Engineers, and other junior technical staff.
