I am Civil and Environmental Engineer with more than 22 years of professional experience in the fields of civil and environmental engineering especially in, design of water and wastewater treatment plants, water and wastewater management and environmental studies. 

• More than 22 years of professional experience in the fields of civil and environmental engineering especially in, design of water and wastewater treatment plants, water and wastewater management studies and environmental studies. 
• Being a project manager deliver projects successful delivery of water / wastewater related projects and environmental studies from inception to completion by ensuring scope, contracts, budgets and QA procedures.
• Manage (design) and construction; assigns and directs the design and construction activities of a multi-disciplined staff that may change from project to project.
• Prepare and/or review and approve technical reports, engineering or architectural designs, plans, specifications, contract documents, and cost estimates for construction projects prepared in-house and/or by other designers; determine if there are any requirements / obstructions which may interfere with the implementation of project; confers with project design staff and/or design consultants to resolve problems.
• Advances project design phase to the construction phase; review and approve shop drawings for compliance with the contract plans and specifications.
• Being leader of the team communicate effectively with all concerned departments / clients.
• Experienced in business development services for design and construction projects and preparation of EOI, Technical and Financial Proposals.
• Good processing skills of field data / surveys to approach proper technology selection, technical calculations for optimum process and hydraulic design. 
• Design and construction supervision of water / wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), reclamation and recycling plants for treated effluent. Combined effluent treatment plants (CETP), sewage treatment plants (STP), including equalization tanks, lift / pumping stations, primary treatment, biological treatment, filtration, treated water storage tanks and disinfection procedures. 
• Assesses the need for wastewater treatment systems based on current and projected future population; conduct feasibility studies for the construction of water / wastewater treatment facilities. 
• Involved in the start-up, commissioning, operation and maintenance especially for trouble shooting of treatment plants.
• Prepare operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals for treatment plants.
• Known to software like; AutoCAD and MS office 
• Experienced in conducting environmental impact assessment (EIA), initial environmental examination (IEE) and environmental assessment (EA). 
• Participate in workshops, trainings and give presentations.
• Identifying the business opportunities and turning them into Prospects.
• Driving the bidding process, converting Prospects into Projects, ensuring bids are technically and commercially sound.
