Operations Facility Manager – (Apr 2014 – Mar 2019)

• Primarily responsible for overall management & operation of more than 8000 residents and managing hard services & soft services such as security, housekeeping, space management, health and safety, procurement, contracts, catering, maintenance etc..

• Responsible for annual audits to regulatory bodies and also follow-up audits accordingly.
• To chair weekly minutes of meeting with all department supervisors to ask about ongoing work and agendas and ask about their performance.
• To prepare the Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule as per the guidance of Zonescorp.
• Primarily Responsible for finalizing annual budgets. 
• Reviews and approves requisition forms of laundry, maintenance and housekeeping which are being generated initially for the monthly stock.

   Facility Management Company FMCO., Saudi Arabia

Project Manager (Sep 2022 – Dec 2022) Project Based

• Developing facility management system and procedures.
• Responsible for managing all sort of hard services, soft services and FLS in all 44 locations including offices, custom facilities, warehouses, security cabins and checkpoints at Red sea area contract as awarded to FMCO.
• Report to Ops Manager (FMCO)/ (Client) in the event of any major/minor breakdown which would adversely impact CLIENT business operations.
• Periodical round with Facility Engineer / HK Executive for the building inspection and modification of systems/procedures
• To conduct weekly DLP (Defect Liability Period) meeting of all handed over sites, meeting with contractor of client (Red Sea) in presence of client.
• To attend all the meetings with vendors/OEMs arranged by Client / Ops Manager (FMCO) on issues pertaining to various equipment installed at premises and resolve.
• To ensure that all the PPM schedules completed are entered in the PPM tracker.
• To ensure that the maintenance work is done on equipment as per laid down procedures in maintenance manual with the help of Facility Engineer/technicians.
